Melamine T.F.L (Thermally Fused Laminate)

Permanently bonded to industrial-grade particle board
Hardness: 2144 psi
Made for vertical application only (not suitable for countertop surfaces)
Less expensive than HPL (high-pressure laminate)

TEXTURE:

A melamine T.F.L finish has a smooth, consistent texture that feels durable and easy to maintain. Its even surface resists scratches and stains, offering a practical, low-maintenance choice with a uniform look.

Case (top, bottom, sides) – 5/8″ PB or Plywood – Edgebanded face, doweled, glued and pressed, 36″ maximum case width
Case Interior: White T.F.L Faced
Nailers: Doweled, glued, and pressed with cabinet behind captive back
Adjustable Shelves: 5/8″ White T.F.L faced, held in with seismically rated locking plastic clips. Drilled holes in case sides for shelf height adjustment (32mm O.C)
Doors: 24″ wide, 60″ max. warrantied size
Drawers: 24″ maximum standard drawer width, 10″ minimum.
